I'm sorry about bringing this matter up here, but I have no other way to contact you. I'd like to discuss deletion request File:Kogaru1.jpg 2 at Commons.
The nominator has accused me of using sockpuppets to upload images to Wikimedia Commons. This is completely untrue. A simple Checkuser will prove that I have NEVER used sockpuppets on Commons or en.Wikidedia. I have NOT tried to evade my ban in any way.
Regarding these files:
These files are both in the Public Domain and are in use on a number of mainspaces, making them automatically within scope. Although the source is not given, they are correctly attributed to Blackshade9, the account I use on The Spanking Art Wiki. Click these links to confirm that these images are in the public domain:
As the images are in the public domain and in use on a number of mainspace articles, there is no reason to delete them.
In addition, the nominator has accused me of being a pedophile (forbidden under wikimedia policy), assumed bad faith and made claims he has no proof of. As you already know, I cannot defend myself, because I'm banned from Commons.
I hope you will investigate this matter further. I have always co-operated with Commons administrators in the past, and I will continue to do so in future. If you need proof that I created these pictures, I can provide the original sketches.
Thanks for your time, Trycatch. Take care. Midnight68 01:19, 2 апреля 2011 (UTC)
Regarding recent claims made RE: 25 March 2007, and posted on Commons in 2009, years before the so-called "game" even existed. The image was not created to advertise anthing, it was created to illustrate typical characteristics of Japanese bishoujo games. Many Japanese computer games employed English titles at the time and still do to this day. Given that the dates are a matter of public record, there is no evidence that File:Kogaru1.jpg was intended to spam or advertise anything. This should be taken into account in the decision, as virtually every request for its removal has made based on misinformation.
Trycatch, I have no objection to the deletion of my art as long as normal protocols are followed. You are already aware that normal policies have not been followed: trusted administrators from Commons and en.Wikipedia have constantly assumed bad faith, deleted in-scope images without prior discussion or deletion requests, "quietly" banned (presumably innocent) users on suspicion of sockpuppetry without a checkuser, and made vicious personal attacks on someone they know is not in a position to defend himself. While I would like to assume good faith in all parties, the sheer number of policy violations suggests a blatant attempt to control legitimate content and suppress controversial material in direct contradiction of Commons is not censored.
Please keep in mind that during all of this, I co-operated with Commons administrators to the best of my abilities, provided evidence of authorship, made no personal attacks against anyone on Commons, and most importantly, accepted my block and made no attempts to evade my ban or disrupt the site in any way. I have not violated policy here, but there is considerable evidence that other people have.
I agree that this matter needs to be resolved, but removing in-scope images will only cause more controversy. I suspect that people will continue to upload my work to Commons because it is freely available under CC-BY-SA 3.0 and in continuous use on various non-English wikipedias. I'm not familiar with the policy here, but I'd say that being entirely within scope is more important than a highly questionable deletion.
One more thing: if the words "Kogaru Diaries" are such a problem, I can easily remove them and substitute something more acceptable. That way, the image will retain its original symmetry, compositional structure, and educational purpose.
Anyway, thanks very much for your time, Trycatch. Sorry to bother you with this, hope I haven't taken too much of your time, I know your are busy with more important matters. I'll try not to bother you so much in future. Take care. Midnight68 13:57, 8 апреля 2011 (UTC)
Just thought I'd let you know: Admin NuclearWarfare deleted File:Kogaru 3.jpg from Commons on 9 April 2011, claiming it was a copyright violation. This is totally incorrect, as the original had already been released into the public domain the previous month (prior to that, it was licensed under GFDL).
In addition:
No big deal, but you might like to look into it. Cheers, Midnight68 10:02, 14 апреля 2011 (UTC)
Hello again, Trycatch.
User:Lesoku has nominated File:Genderschool2a.jpg for speedy deletion on Commons, claiming it is CP.
Please change the speedy deletion tag to a deletion request, and list it on Commons:Deletion requests/Current requests so it can be discussed. As it is in use on multiple mainspaces (and nobody else has complained), it should not be removed without prior discussion.
Please disregard. The Speedy Deletion tag has been removed for the time being. I will contact you again if another deletion request is posted.
Thanks for your time. Midnight68 03:58, 13 мая 2011 (UTC)
